Comfort Trademark Registration results in ten years’ protection of your trademark in Germany.
Prior to filing an application to register your trademark, the Trademark Conquerors will conduct a basic search for identical trademarks registered in Germany as well as Community Trade Marks and internationally registered trademarks.
On your behalf, the Trademark Conquerors will then file a trademark application with the German Patent and Trademark Office. The Trademark Conquerors will act as your representative during registration proceedings. You will be the owner of the trademark.
